Take a Hike, Tonsils.

My heart is full of thankfulness that my strong, sweet, and brave twins came through their surgeries just fine... But my heart aches too, looking at their pitiful little faces and seeing them in pain. Having had strep six times each in the past five months, their tonsils and adenoids needed to go. Get out of here tonsils and take strep throat with you. 

Everyone is home and well, as well as can be expected. Sore and weepy, I'm not used to seeing my big girls like this. Can't wait for their spunkiness to return. Say a little prayer for us. This is no fun. Love you C and C. I'm proud of your braveness. You'll be better in no time. I promise.
